Doing great, doing great.

Homeschooling has started here in Colorado and my my house and my life is

covered with education as most parents are. Yeah. Have you been reading your

exhausted book a lot as you're going through homeschooling.

No, I've just been breaking all the rules and just pounding coffee and staying up too late.

No, I'm kidding.

Yeah, absolutely. You know, I don't know if I've been reading the

exhausted book, but we kind of, I kind of live the exhausted book. That's why, you know, that was kind of where the idea came from. It's just, you know, all the things you got to do to make your

keep your head clear, keep your energy levels high and keep yourself in the flow

state, you know what I mean? Yeah for sure and I know that you guys just finished

your docu series on Exhausted you just shared it with the world you had people from all over the world come and watch it and I know that

that was the inspiration for this book so why

don't you tell us a little bit of like how you came up with this idea and and

maybe a thing or two that you learned along the way that was unique and different that you had never heard.
