Nick used to work for us at Cat and Cloud, and he just started his own coffee roasting company called Juno in New York. And this details this really incredible journey

that happens in this really tight time span. And I think the journey is really relatable to

anybody who's fallen in love with coffee, entered into that coffee workforce and then been

kind of searching for where they can make their mark or where they fit in in the coffee community and how do you go from just wanting to do something

to taking something to the next level and actually doing it and putting that together with

some of the lessons that you learn along the way. One of the things that I really appreciate

about doing this format is the ability to have super honest and open conversations in the hopes

that someone else can learn from some of the things that we've done and this is one of those

episodes that just drills that home for me so much fun talking to nick if you're down to keep
