We're going to give you a couple of futures bets that we like. We're going to write the bets down on a piece of paper because this is how we do things in the 21st century.

We will write these things down on paper. We will drop them into the bucket where they will remain until June. God this freaking seasons long. And then we will find out at the end if we have one or lost our bets.

So I don't know how many acres you'd like to give out here, but we can maybe alternate. I've got a couple that I like.

I have two that I like. So I have a Stanley Cup and then an award. I feel like that was going to cover my bases. Again, this is like a tiny amount of money.

People listen to my award advice on the show all the time. I take pretty big positions on a lot of award markets. I don't really do hockey. So this is just be kind of like dip in the toe a little bit in terms of like Stanley Cup or anything else.

So I asked, well, at first of all, we had Dennis Bernstein on last week. We asked him about futures.

Bill talked about futures. I DMed a couple other people about futures. The biggest consensus opinion I can find. Bill didn't talk about this team, but since some everyone else, the other three people that I talk to or listen to was Calgary actually as a bi team basically at this point in the season.

So my Stanley Cup future will be the Calgary flames who are 18 to 1 to bed MGM right now. So Calgary plus 1800. I'll start the year with them.

And then I'll take a flyer here a little bit and not a Philadelphia flyer. Sorry. Just a long price on a team that I'm going to follow all year and someone who could be live in the award market.

Jake Otenger, the goalie for the Dallas stars, the team that I'll be following all year is 18 18 to 1 to win the Vesana. I don't think he's the most likely player to win.

Shostirkins, the favorite Vesleski second to like potential Vesleski's heart. Do you remember Shostir?

Yeah. Do you remember what Otenger did in the playoffs? That's one of the reasons why I'm that.

He stood on his head like Dallas should have gone obliterated in that series. And they almost won the series because of Otenger, including his performance.

I don't know if it was a game was game seven right where I got like 75 saves in the game. Yeah, exactly. So just seems like potential.

Actually, I watched the highlight package of that game. It came up on my feet when I was watching a couple other stars videos to just try to get ready for the season since I know nothing.

And it just sounds like an appealing price. Maybe we get a really good sweat out of it. Maybe we can end up adding one of the favorites later if I drink itself to a really good start.

I feel like just had to take one thing that has nothing to do with my teams. And then I don't really want to bet anything with Montreal this year from an like an award standpoint or like they may not be very good.

So I was like, well, I have to bet something with Dallas, basically. I'm just up 64 of 67 shots against the flames. So well, she bet the flames to win the Stanley Cup.
