Summary

Nick Gogerty is the creative force behind Solar Coin – a blockchain-based token that rewards producers of solar electricity. Producers (even individuals living in their home) send their solar power generation data to Solar Coin, which rewards them for each Megawatt-hour produced. The rewards can further be traded into bitcoin and or fiat currency.
Health coin is another reward coin that is based on users sending various anonymous health data showing that they are exercising, eating properly, and working to counter diabetes and or pre-diabetes.
Although unusual, both of these alt coins combine self reporting of data and a virtuous feedback system that socially-engineers people into "good behavior" by rewarding them with alt coins that may be redeemed for cash or traded for other cryptocurrencies.

0:53.0	Basically, at its most basic, the concept is to incentivize solar energy.
0:59.0	And so it works basically like a reward for solar energy producers, a little bit like
1:06.0	air miles, in the fact that, hey, if you produce so much solar energy, you get one of these tokens, you get this reward.
1:12.6	And so you, and it's very simple,
1:15.6	you produce one megawatt hour of energy, you know, using your panels.
1:20.6	You submit some data that, you know, indicates you did that,
