Nick Freitas is a former U.S. Army Green Beret who served combat tours in Iraq before entering politics in Virginia. He served in the Virginia House of Delegates from 2016 to 2026 as a Republican and became nationally known for his libertarian-leaning conservative speeches on issues such as gun rights, limited government, and individual liberty.
