How was your break?

Good.

I would assume that everyone has probably heard this before, but I feel as though this time of year isn't especially difficult time of year for many reasons.

I think it's just like the push to get into the holiday season.

There's a lot of excitement from Halloween to Thanksgiving, family, and then Christmas, the New Year.

For me, we don't celebrate anything other than that, but obviously there's other holidays this time of year.

I feel like it's just like this rush and a lot of adrenaline and a lot going on and then it's all coming to close.

You know, you kind of put things off until the New Year when you get back.

And then for the rest of break, it's like I have so much crap that I need to do and that I put off and kind of starting the year and I feel very behind.

And then on the second I turn 37 so I'm like immediately a year older and it's not like as far as mental health, my strongest, most promising, proud moments of my life.

But usually once I get back into the swing of things and kind of being more productive again and eating better and getting back to my normal routine, I feel better.

So all that being said, I'm glad to be away from family for a little bit.

Get back into the extended family, get back into the routine of normal everyday lifestyle.

And I guess a lot of things that I was kind of dreading and creating anxiety about, you know, that we're new and, you know, going to be starting.

And commencing the after the New Year are here and they're not as bad as I anticipated and I'm still alive and everything's fine and I feel better. So how about you?

I feel the same way.

We went away. So we had we did Christmas.

And did we go anywhere for Christmas?

Yeah, I don't I feel like we stayed home and everyone came over and yeah, everyone basically came over saw the kids exchange in presents with the kids and whatnot.

And then we boarded a flight went down to Puerto Rico for the week last minute trip.

Little dancing.
