Columbus Blue Jackets Captain Nick Foligno and his wife Janelle join Craig Custance on the first Full 60 podcast of 2021. The Foligno's discuss Janelle's book 'Dear Heart - A letter to my special heart. Janelle's book is directly based on the Foligno's daughter, Milana, and the families experiences dealing with two open heart surgeries for the youngster. | 1:42.6 | But I really think they did it because they wanted to raise |

| 1:57.9 | three children, Hudson, Landon, and Milana, and that they've continued to raise awareness on this front. |

| 2:09.6 | And that was really, I mean, that was the emphasis to have them on the show. |
