It is a universal faith that is to be proclaimed beginning in Jerusalem to Judea to Samaria to the ends of the earth. God begins his saving work by calling Abraham and developing a nation from him and giving them the promised land, but it's not bound to that promise land. It goes forth from there. So that we find it landing in places like Wittenberg, Germany, and we find it in Geneva and in Escondido and, I don't know, Florida.
