Hi, hello, and happy New Year sports fan. Welcome to Sheck Show. Yes, another NFL regular season.

Another Shecker season. Another Shecky Awards all committed to history. That's all in the rearview mirror. I hope you enjoyed all of those

things, but we must look ahead to the near horizon. The NFL postseason is here. As you know,

college football's playoff is in full swing. Round three upcoming Penn State, Notre Dame. I can't

believe these two teams have only played each other 19 total

times. When I was growing up and even beyond that, it felt like I was watching the latest

installment of a century-old rivalry. Turns out that's not the case. Nevertheless, a juicy

game to start off round three of the playoffs. We'll get into that in a little bit.

But first, let's talk pro football.

Let's talk about the playoffs,

aka the nightmare for advanced analytics people. Because small sample sizes,

we can't regard those and count those.

We can't count QB wins after all the sample sizes.

I say is far too small.

Let's instead look at what happened in October against ham and egg teams.
