Week 7, Draft King's Picks, best lineups, ownership, Tambo and John on the line with me to figure all this out.

Fellas, how was week number seven? The Ibuka thing was certainly popular and that happened,

but last week a lot of people got away with single stacks and just sort of putting a little bit

together, not over stacking. I think it's an interesting topic of discussion, just early season.

I kind of had a revelation for my own game from this past week and just past seasons, thinking about why maybe I'm not successful in the first six weeks of football very often. Well, do you expand on that a little bit more. I'd like to hear about it. Yeah, I think it's one thing just to think about it. I know it's going to seem results oriented because it was based off of last week, but obviously do a lot of digging over at Ship A Nation and DFS Mastermind and looking into my game and sort of working on mine and looking at other good DFS players and trying to get better. And I think that when the pricing is still, again, the pricing is getting a little bit more, a little bit tighter, right? You're getting a little bit more difficult pricing with some of the stuff we've seen in these past couple weeks with the Puka stuff recently and different stuff before the injury. But there is still quite a bit of soft pricing out there. And I think that obviously while we still want to look for a bunch of correlation, what you're finding is people are still getting to that natural correlation, but they're not having to overstack or they're not having to put three people together like even last week there was a

nice lineup our guy Alex K-14 on X he he posted out one 100 grand and a live final seat and he had

just like a Lawrence I think was Lawrence naked but it was like I even talked to him like lad

McConkey and Meyer could have been Thomas Jr. and Long, but those were like definitely two better plays

on paper. So especially in like the smaller field stuff, higher dollar, all those factors,

you just want to have the play. If they fit and they're cheap and they make sense, obviously

Brian Thomas Jr. and Long pair well with Lawrence, but he could throw to a bunch of different people and still have a good game. And then you've got no Quentin Johnston, no Brock Bowers. Obviously, those other two plays are quite nice to slide in there. So shout out to Alex, but just a note of an example. I think that's part of it. The pricing is still soft enough to kick the season off where you don't have to go crazy with it. What do you make of that, John? Are we, are we getting ourselves into too deep of a hole trying to be like, oh, when we need this guy with this guy and this guy, they have to hit or else we have no chance when that just might not be the case? It's all a bit of a crap shoot. You know, it's much easier to tell after the week is done. You know, looking back, you're like, oh, you know, we should have tweaked this guy for that guy. I'll say I'll always are on the side of just going with additional correlation. Because, you know, when that receiver hits with is paired with this quarterback, you're adding points that are vaulting you over people that just didn't go with the correlation. But. But there, yeah, there's always a chance that you're going to have some other

player that outscores the correlated

player in some other game. So Tambo, when you were saying this, you said for

larger dollar smaller field tournaments
