Let's start off with Thursday night football New England on the road to take on the New York Jets New York York, a six-point favorite currently,

total in this game 38.5.

We released the Jets at minus 6,

and that's a number that's still available

and one that I certainly agree with.

When I look at this game, I'm looking at the New York Jets playing in an absolutely massive

home game for the point of their season where the strength of schedule gets so ugly as you get into the latter portion of October and into November,

this is the window where they need to be stacking wins.

And this game at home is absolutely crucial because of the 49ers lost that set the season off in a bad way and so you get the win on the road at Tennessee

where in many ways you escape with it but now it's to return home I think back to week one last year and how electric that Jets crowd was and it's going to be very similar hosting the New England Patriots and to me the paths are coming in the very different mindset they get the surprise shock win in week one. They go to overtime with

Seattle and it's now kind of that down-to-earth game or coming back to the level we kind of anticipated from

New England

entering the season.

And so I do think things level out here

as I'm looking at the number of six.

I see a number here that I made on the other side

of seven pre-season, a lot of different ratings that I look at in aggregate spots would have made this game on the other side of seven and to me the jets have been adjusted down a little bit too much and I think that largely has been driven by the competition that they have played.

The 49ers defense looked much better than expected.

And in Tennessee Titans quietly have a very good run defense up front. And so to me this is a game that's going to be
