I'm your host, Neil Reynolds, joined by my partner on a Thursday, Phoebe Schechter,

looking ahead to week 16 in the NFL.

So we've got games for you across Sky Sports Thursday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

But before we get to the games and make our picks, Phoebe, we've got to talk big news out of Miami

in the benching of Tua, Tunga Vaila,

they're quarterback.

Miami are going to go with seventh round rookie Quinn Yuers, and Tua is relegated to the

third string quarterback.

What were your initial thoughts when you saw this?

Well, I think earlier in the week when McDaniel had come forward and said, everything is on the table, I think that's already red flags. And I think when, you know, we see this all time, coaches are finding ways to talk to the media, tell the people what their intentions are. And that was pretty clear. I really feel that, you know, we saw Chris Greer getting fired earlier, the general manager

earlier in the season. We're at a point now where Mike McDaniel has to try and save his job a little

bit. So in order to do that, here you bring in this rookie quarterback, well, you benched to it,

but you bring in a rookie quarterback who McDaniel

was a part of drafting. And so this is kind of, in my opinion, a last hurrah to say, look,

this is the kid who is going to kind of save my job and save all of our jobs.

I wanted to dig into this story, so I bypassed.
