Hello, welcome to the Inside the Birds NFL week 11 preview show.

I'm Jeff Mosher and week 11 obviously got off to a rousing start as the Eagles and commanders went on display for the first place in the NFC East at stake on Thursday night.

The game definitely turned in the second half in favor of the Eagles who really, and I don't know how many people myself included,

expected to say 10 weeks into the season that the Eagles defense has carried for certain stretches, the Eagles offense, as the offense really tries to find its identity.

There's no question, Sequan Barkley is an MVP candidate.

He has been fantastic.

But in general, the Eagles offense, and even against Washington, when Barclay

really didn't have much going for the first three quarters, in general, the Eagles

offense has been inconsistent but explosive.

And if you don't score points against the Eagles,

you're not going to win.

And you saw Washington struggle after that first touchdown

to really get anything going.

You credit the Eagles defense for that.

Washington made mistakes.

Couldn't get the ball in the end zone, tried to go

for it on a fourth down when they had some momentum. They didn't get it. And that just crushed them.

And all the good things Washington did defensively to bottle up hurts, to early, to bottle up

Sequin early, went down the drain because they couldn't score.

And eventually, the Eagles are going to get their big play offense going.

And they did.

Sometimes it's the pass to A.J. Brown or Devante Smith.
