0:30.5	have heard about this. It was happening just as we were taping out at Rams Camp on Monday. And since
0:36.6	we have learned from the police on the scene that a man named
0:39.9	Shane Tamura killed four people, including a police officer before killing himself with a gunshot
0:46.6	to the chest. An NFL employee was among the many people hurt and officials say Tam Murrah had a documented mental health history.
0:56.6	That's a building, obviously, that is near and dear to everyone who works at the NFL's heart.
1:02.2	I used to work in that building. We obviously know so many people that are there, and it's a huge
1:06.5	building, and obviously the tragedy goes beyond just the NFL scope. Our thoughts are with everyone there and obviously we'll be following this,
1:16.0	but there's not much more we can say other than we just hope everyone is safe and
1:20.3	everyone gets the help that they need.
1:22.8	And there's no great way to transition out of that, but I am happy, as I said at the top, that you guys are here with me on this show and that it is one of my favorite formats to do.

And we're going to start with a team that, to me, I wrote more notes on than any other team.
