or a state full pad practice today in doors due to inclement weather and yes they had their full

allotment of quarterbacks available. That's a good thing. That's a good thing. Everybody would

keep it a close eye on that. Interesting to have that kind of intrigue in what amounts to kind of

a nothing game, but what I am reminded of, at least nothing in the sense of forced things going

to win the game. What I am reminded of though is that when you're in a rebuild and you're climbing

back, if you will, every game, even the ones that are foregone conclusions matter to you

just a bit more because you need to see further evidence of development. You want to continue to see

the ability to get better each week and you want to see that guys have the right mindset in games

like this, that they're not just sky high and ready to play for the big moments, but building

on their past successes and cleaning up their failures, even in games in which they're heavily

favored. So I think that in that sense, it's exciting no matter who you're playing this week.

I just think that it happens to be unfortunately sandwiched between two really big moments of

the season. You have the opener against the team like Notre Dame with the nation watching

and an incredible tribute to Bobby Bowden at night and the Wake Forest game as the first ACC

Rody and one that will spell an awful lot of what your season looks to be in the process. So

you're so eager for both those games that this one just feels like a bit of a letdown. It's

unavoidable in that sense, but there is still plenty to learn. So I will say that and I'm going to

knock on wood that they continue to stay healthy obviously. That's something to keep a close eye

on throughout the course of the season. Entries are a big part of any season for any team anywhere,

but that's especially true when you don't have segment groups that are as deep in talent

with talent as you'd like and we don't. We've got some guys that are pretty good players on our
