It's insane to me.

Mark, I have to imagine, I know we talk about this almost every week, but I have to imagine

that the beach is getting into full swing if it's not already there.

It's getting there, not quite, but yeah, no, the weather's, the weather's there, yeah,

and perfect weather, but we're not, we're not crazy crowded yet, which I like that when we're

not, I don't like it when it gets crazy crowded, but yeah, after Memorial then it'll get crazy

crowded.

Right. when we're not i don't like it when it gets crazy crowded but yeah after memorial dental get crazy crowded right one when one school's out and then all the you know family start coming down and kids are all over the place and that's what i want to go out that's what i like that's

what i like to go somewhere else yeah out here in phoenix it's it's we're starting to like

clear out now because it's getting hot so all all the snowbirds are starting to head. But if they haven't already, I don't see any Canadian plates on the, on the road anymore.

And then all the folks that are in the Midwest and East Coast are starting to make their way back east for what I would imagine is going to be a beautiful summer.
