1:05.1	Now, this started on Wednesday night when the San Francisco 49ers,
1:10.4	who picked 43rd and took my guy, Alfred Collins, gave Alfred Collins a 10% fully, 10% increase in the amount of fully guaranteed money versus last year's 43rd overall pick.
1:23.5	Not a fully guaranteed contract.
1:25.2	That was 88% at pick number 43.
1:28.2	So all of the teams that pick after number 43 now have this new baseline that you could see with Alfred Collins and his contract,
1:41.7	which is why you see teams like Detroit and Tate Ratledge
1:46.1	and Washington with Trey Amos, you have kind of this cascading waterfall of back end of the
1:54.2	second half, second round rookies that are signing their rookie contracts.
1:59.1	And everybody's kind of getting excited because we're avoiding the extra distraction.
