0:48.3	post-Grankowski New England Patriots. But first, you know, I want to talk about something that really stunned
0:57.0	me and I think stunned a lot of the media in Phoenix for the annual NFL meetings.
1:04.0	And let me just set the stage for this.
1:07.0	On Tuesday night, a vote was passed.
1:11.0	31 in favor, one against the NFL needs three quarters of the owners in the
1:16.9	league, three quarters of the teams in the league to vote for any bylaw
1:20.4	proposals such as the one that was passed on Tuesday night.
1:25.8	And that bylaw proposal essentially will make for one year only the 2019 season it's a conditional
1:35.2	uh... approval for one year only
1:38.0	now the reviewable plays in instant replay will include
1:42.2	offensive or defensive pass interference,
1:45.0	whether the plays are called on the field or not called on the field.
1:50.0	What this means is that for the first 28 minutes of each half a coach can use one of his two challenges in the course of a game on a pass interference call either offensive or defensive.
