Good morning, everybody, the simple handicap for Friday, September 13th. Thank you for making me a part of your morning. Hopefully everybody's Friday morning is off to a fantastic start. You're in the gambling world. You say Friday to 13th. It makes you a little bit uneasy. Every single time comes up maybe once a season, you get it, you're just, ooh, got a bit of the shivers there. But it is the 13th day of

September. It is the second day of NFL week number two, and it was an ugly call on the

Miami Dolphins to begin week number two. Unfortunately, we see Tua go down with what looked

like to be another very ugly concussion. I did a recap episode of the game as I do with all of the prime time games

on the RAS picks YouTube channel. Talked about it a little bit in depth, but the key

takeaways from the recap for the Thursday night football game was likely looking at the drop

from Tua to Thompson, which I would, I mean, there has to be a game off for two after the last two years and how concussions have been handled.

I look at it about four and a half points.

I don't think you're going to six like you are for Love to Willis.

I don't think you're going to six like you are for Prescott to rush back in 2022.

Four and a half feels right for this one.

And so I can make the case for four flat, but I think we'll see.

So the Dolphins market rating was three point eight points better than an average football

team that would take them to the other side and make them about one point worse

than an average team in football that would have them right around 19th to 20th. And so Monday

morning, bright and early can hop over to unpredictable, see public market ratings and how

things are reflected in that. That's kind of the area I would expect. But as we have seen,

it tends to be a bit of an overreaction for quarterbacks when they go down.

That's something that's been quite common in the league and the Miami Dolphins next week are on the road at the Seattle Seahawks. And so the look-ahead line had them as a one and a half point favorite.

That is by math and measurement standards.

And there's folks listening to the podcast and you know it.

That is the longest trip.
