Summary

Kainani Stevens leads the week one coverage of the NFL, bringing you five key matchups to watch for throughout the weekend and indeed on Monday Night. James Rapien and Chris Carter lead the coverage in the Steelers and Bengals matchup where for the first time since 2004 Pittsburgh will not be led by Ben Roethlisberger on Gameday, now turning to Mitch Trubisky as the signal caller under center. Joe Burrow and the Bengals come into to 2022 seeking to accomplish what only eight other teams have done in NFL history, win a championship the year after coming up short in the big game. Aaron Rodgers looks to develop chemistry with a new wide receiver group following the departure of Davante Adams, Kirk Cousins and his 4-3-1 head to head record will rely heavy on the familiar talents of Dalvin Cook, Adam Theilen, and breakout rookie star from a year ago Justin Jefferson. Peter Bukowski and Luke Braun discuss this divisional bout. Josh McDaniels falls under the failed Head Coaching class of Bill Bill Belichick, but will look to make good in sin city as Derrick Carr is reunited with his college wideout and top NFL receiving talent DeVante Adams. Justin Herbert carries a losing record at 15-17 into the season but will look to turn that record around in thanks to balanced roster on both sides of the ball. While there is talent throughout both defenses, Prescott will all be looking to carve up the Buc's D and remain a top regular season QB after losing Amare Cooper to Cleveland. Tom Brady hopes to re-ignite Julio Jones career for one last run. Here are Marcus Mosher and David Harrsion to break this one down. There may be no love lost between Russell Wilson and the Seattle Seahawks, but as John Elway once again tries to capture some Peyton Manning type magic, Pete Carroll will attempt to prove no one player is bigger than the sum of the parts. Corbin Smith and Cody Roark discuss the week one matchup that just maybe could be an upset in the making. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
