here a decent amount of news and notes stuff going on so we'll rip through that

and we'll see how far we get here first of all this has kind of been a long time

coming kind of been in and out of the, but officially handed down Justin Tucker will be suspended for 10 games.

Suspension was issued by the NFL for violation of the league's personal conduct policy following allegations of inappropriate behavior.

Very similar to the Browns quarterback, 16 massage therapists from eight

Baltimore area spas accused Tucker of inappropriate conduct with issues dating from 2012 to 2016.

You know, it's an interesting note there because you think, man, after what happened to

Deshawn Watson, how could somebody else have these issues? And then you realize the guy was

participating in illicit behavior. I'm trying so hard to go through this. Before and during the time that

Deshawn Watson probably was and either stopped prior or around the time that things with

Deshaun Watson came out and he just spent the next several years in absolute, I'm guessing,

torment of the fact that he knows this

is coming out at some point. In fact, he probably just got to the point where he's thinking,

man, maybe I am going to get out of this Scott Free. It's been several years. Nobody said

anything, and then boom, here it comes. You know what I mean? That being said, oddly enough,

as far as I can tell, there's no legal things coming down from this,

and it's a 10-game suspension, so this, assuming things don't change,

could have been significantly worse for him, even if his NFL career is done.
