In some way, on some level, it's kind of nice that frequency is going on because it's like a sliver

of ordinary. So let's lean into that ordinary

and normalcy because a lot has happened in the last 24 hours of free agency. It's so true that the NFL can lie to you for so many days

out of the year but NFL free agency is the first time when they have to be

honest with you and it's through their wallets

it's through their action you finally get to see what a team's process and

identity and their plan is for the upcoming year and years.

So let's talk through some of the bigger deals of the day and I'll bring on some of the

writers as we go along to get their viewpoint on it as well.

So it's not just a solo podcast.

Wide receivers were on the move.

And we'll begin with Stephen Diggs

heading to the Buffalo Bills in exchange

for basically a 20-20 first-round pick,

a fifth-round pick, a six-round pick,

and then a 2021 fourth round selection.

You know Vikings GM Rick Spielberg has said for months

that Stefan Diggs is not up for a trade.

That there is quote no reason to anticipate that Stefan Diggs is not going. not statement about O'Dell Beckham, but you know those on the outside and connected to the Vikings have mentioned that maybe a fantastic deal could pry digs away from the Vikings and certainly a first round selection did that.

And probably a factor was Diggs's frustration with the Vikings organization, with Kirk Cousins
