Summary

Marcas Grant and Michael F. Florio are back for another edition of the NFL Fantasy Football Podcast! News aplenty this week as free agency is just around the corner and the franchise tag deadline has passed. The hosts break down some of the big unofficial signings and re-signings for QBs like Derek Carr and Daniel Jones as well as the franchise tag being used on a handful of notable players, including Lamar Jackson. What does it mean for each QB’s prospective teams and their fantasy pieces? The guys dive in. Also, the combine is officially over, and the hosts discuss who saw their stock rise the most and debate which incoming rookie should be the 1.01 in dynasty rookie drafts. Finally, they look at some of the thinner skill positions in free agency and try to narrow down who should be a target.

nowadays is like six weeks long. It's pretty much from June 1st to about July 15th. You

1:07.9

get past your May or whatever. You have, you know, Ricky, mini camps and stuff. June

1:11.8

things sort of slow down. And then July 15th is about when training camps start to open.

1:16.1

So that's six weeks for those of us who work here that you know that that is the time

1:20.2

when everybody flees from the NFL media. They try to take vacations and get out of town

1:25.3

for a little bit to sort of recharge for for the rest of the season. We got a lot to

1:30.5

talk about because there's been a ton of news that's happened since we last talked to

1:35.0

you. Of course, the Combine took place in Indianapolis over the weekend. We'll dive into that

1:39.7

a little bit. Plus we'll finish our look at free agency. As I mentioned, that starts

1:43.9

in a week. We'll take a look at the past catchers wide receivers and tied in. I'm going to

1:48.1

be honest with you. There's a lot of names out there, but not a lot of them that are
