I'm sorry, of the athletic, has talked to NFL executives over the years many times and he talks to coaches and people in front offices and

gets them to put quarterbacks in different tiers and then writes the huge article right before the start of the season.

And normally with Kirk Cousins, we knew exactly where to find him, which was right around

that third tier or second tier, was it late second tier, early third tier,
