It's Beltway Football on Monumental Sports Network. I'm J.P. Finley. He's Mitch Tishler. We're brought to you by MGM National Harbor. Big man, we already did a podcast on it. What an exciting week with the announcement that the commanders and Mayor Muriel Bowser have reached an agreement to get back to RFK Stadium. Now, obviously, this thing is far from a done deal.

You still have to deal with the city council.

There are going to be, there are legitimate questions to ask about the deal.

There will be wild accusations and fake numbers thrown around from all sides, all parties.

Everybody has interests in this thing.

In the end, I think it gets done. And personally, in the end, I think it's the best thing for

the team, for the city, and for the entire DMV. You know, we've had some time now to

to move away from the opening presser, which was obviously just this big ball of excitement.

How are you feeling about RFK now?

I still am pitching myself, can't believe that it's real.

I think it's so cool.

Listen, there's going to be a ton of the politics stuff like you talked about back and forth across the board.

At the end of the day, like from a football perspective and from a team perspective,

I think that this is just a home run of home runs.

There's not much more I can say.

I'm just, I'm super excited about it.

And I'm going to allow myself to not get bogged down into the day-to-day up and down of these politicians.

Yeah, I think that's the wisest move.
