What's happening sports fans, meat sauce here with Ben Lieber are third to last draft podcast,

because we won't be doing it this Thursday, but the next week is the week of the draft.

So we'll do two shows and then maybe do a wrap up show the following Monday, but here we are.

So I don't know which one this is in the lineage of our shows, but hi, Ben.

Well, hi, sauce. How are you, buddy? I'm great, man. How are you?

Fantastic. And as I mentioned on the actual power chip show this morning,

I was completely duped on the timing. I really thought the draft was this week and I started,

I got equal parts excited and sort of nervous because I didn't feel like I was totally prepared,

even though it's ridiculous that I wouldn't be prepared after how many weeks of build up.

I mean, you and I have been doing this for two weeks now. Yeah. Yeah.

But I'm glad that we sort of have another sort of week and a half to marinate on all this stuff.

It's funny. You say that because it's all I talk about like yesterday.

There wasn't anything on the twins working to be on. So I just went back in my DVR

and watched a bunch of like Mel Kuiper and Todd McShay mocked drafts and my gal walked out and she was

like, is this on Thursday? And I'm like, no, it's a week from Thursday. She's like,

the way you talk about it, I think it's tomorrow. I'm just pumped for it. I can't wait. I don't

know what it is. I think it's maybe the fact that like last year we had an NFL draft,

but it was in the midst of the pandemic and it was like this whirlwind of like, it didn't seem

real. Like it's the commissioner's name is basement. You're like, is this real? Is this really

happening? I don't know. This year sounds way, way more fun because they're actually going to be

in Cleveland. So they'll have most of the guys there and it'll be just like old times.
