But if you break down the percentage of players in the seventh round that make the team, it's a very low percentage.

So what were they doing?

They must think that the fifth and sixth round, there's the same talent level there.

They have three sixth round picks now.

Whereas before, they just had two fives and two sixes.

So I guess they might think that all those rounds are exactly the same.

So why not have more?

But like San Francisco traded up for Trey Lance because they thought this draft was going to be not,

there was going to be value at the end of the first round.

So they figured that they would trade up and get Lance, the future quarterback.
