Yes, full of energy, big coffees all around. We're going to at some point this

show is going to build to the culmination of one of my favorite Pod Moments of Year,

which is the revelation of the MMQB Mock Draft scorecard.

Spent all morning, doing math, which is always a very dangerous thing I had to get up in early to water the grass and because we just planted seeds and then so I had to build in the extra math time and I made sure I did that for the podcast today because I wanted all of you to know.

started working together I'd say. So I see him like he'll send these pictures of these double dinners he has which I'm jealous because you know I have a candy bar and I can feel my hips jiggle you know

So I have to be I have to be very judicious about what I eat and then you know I see Connor who you know like looks like he's he's done really well like in the in the weight loss game over the last seven or eight years and

somehow he's like you know he's got like a an order of general gouse and then like

a burrito from the Mexican place and he's eating the whole thing.

And I don't know how you make this work, Connor, right?

I'm impressed.
