then, we're going to get back into draft mode here talk about some prospects and some strategy and how the 49ers could go about things and some players he might like or dislike a little more or less than the consensus right now.

B.D. Peacock. And now today's guest. Okay, here we are again. Part two with John Chapman joining me here on the program.

Last week we talked a little bit about free agency as that got open and started getting furious with the signing of Kwan Alexander last Monday or the announcement of the signing of Kwan Alexander.

Now we're going to get into the nitty gritty back into draft mode here and break down some prospects and I know John does his film work so

that's why he's on the show joining me now John thank you so much for being here again

on the show yeah man glad to be back and I mean this is awesome the super deep draft class and it's fun whenever

you're picking up high it's not always fun whenever you're playing to result in a high

draft pick but uh we got to take the good with the bad so it's it's crazy watching the numbers with the podcast and how many listens happen and when they happen and it's amazing to see the ebb and flow and it's like it peaks in September and the 49ers have all this all this hype going and then they lose a couple of games

Jimmy Gropolo gets hurt and then it starts to dip and it starts to dip and then all of a sudden

off season time pick number two let's go and people start getting excited about it again.

So hopefully they can take this momentum and it's funny watching the podcast numbers

really mimic what's going on in 49er land and hopefully this just goes upward and the wins continue to happen throughout the season and we're talking in January about some meaningful playoff games because that's what it's all about and that's what I'm looking forward to and this off season is going to be a huge part of that free

agency aside we got to look into the draft here and it's obviously a huge draft

for edge guys I mean it's one of the better edge drafts I can remember from pick number two where the 49ers are all the way down to the mid rounds there should be some guys available and so I'm going to pick your brain I know you've put in some work I've seen some of your film breakdown
