but it says the Raiders will provide Mendoza with a weapon in round two.

Players like Tennessee's Chris Brazil receiver,

Notre Dame's Malachi Fields, or Elijah Surrott will be options for them in the second round.

That's not kind of bold, though.

That's smart.

I'd still try to bulk up the offensive line for a rookie quarterback.
