The bills are firing a good head coach.

McDermott, I think he's definitely good.

Frustrating at times. Yeah, probably so. Is everything his fault? I just wouldn't say that's

the case here. He's also been improving to me. If you look at his tenure where you see typically

a defensive-minded head coach, they're way too conservative. Over the last couple of seasons,

he's actually been very aggressive on fourth downs.

It helps when you have somebody like Josh Allen in short yards. He's actually top three in

fourth down aggressiveness according to running backs don't matter.com. And I felt that where you see

him kind of at the forefront of doing the tush push and kind of being ahead with that. And then defensively where he, you know, he's calling the plays, you feel the game plans. Like there's some times where they'll do a bunch of drop bait and playoff games and that'll work. There are times where you get a bunch of post-snap rotations, which require a lot of communication.
