The reason isn't just because Jim finally overtaken Ohio State, but that he's even won the whole thing.

It's that he has prepared Michigan to be successful even after his departure.

He's shown Wolverine Nation that they can be on top of that mountain again.

They can beat their chest as a big dog.

He's accumulated depth and that depth understands the culture that brought Michigan to the
