We pick up our conversation the best of the best in the NFC West. We have taken a look at who is the best defensive player, who is the best offensive player, both really deep categories and a great conversation.

And today we dig into the guy behind the guy, right?

The guys on the sidelines, getting it all done in the coaching staff.

So that is what we're gonna take take a look at the best coaches in the

NFC West and we're going to kind of take the head coach out of it. We know we've got

Sean McVeigh with the Rams, Kyle Shanahan with with the Niners, Cliff Kingsbury with Arizona Cardinals, and the old man, Mr. Pete Carroll with the Seattle Seahawks in this group. He is the old man, and then really in the NFL, he's the old man, but he's been getting it done up there but we're going to wipe those

guys off the board and we're going to look at who in this NFC west of those

teams behind the scenes whether it's defensive coordinator, running's back, coach, special teams,

who's the guy that is going to be having a big year in 2020 across the board.

So let's just kick this off.

We'll start and we'll go with the elder, Pete Carroll and his staff up in

Seattle. Corbin Smith, talk to me a little bit about this coaching staff coming into 20-20. What changes have happened? and who do you expect to have a

big year in the influence of how the Seattle Seahawks play in 2020?

So they haven't had very much turnover on the coaching staff this year.

They did add Sanjay Law, who previously has been a receiver coach for several teams

and most recently was with the Dallas Cowboys and Mike McCarthy opted not to keep him and he was a coach that I

actually considered for this because he has been around for a while he's well

respected he's gonna be coming in as a senior offensive advisor but I'm gonna to say something that is going to leave
