All right, everybody, excited for this today. It's going to be a good one. We're going to talk

about something new and it's going to be a very overwhelming for a lot of you, but there's a very

simplistic way to implement it into your business and we're going to get straight into that

after we introduce our guest today. So, Mr. Jones Mitchell, can you please just give us the big

background, how long you've been in property, what involvements you have in short-term rental,

and how you're helping this industry?

Cool, so yeah, so I've been in property since 2018, that's stuff with doing sort of rents

to service accommodation stuff in Cambridge, which kind of quickly moved into doing cleaning,

management, maintenance, that kind of thing. Now, we've sort of more focused on actually buying

properties, so very recently we bought a property up in Whitby at the beginning of 2022,

which was an old guest house, which we've turned into like an all-sing and all-dancing luxury

high-end holiday let for 14 people for the main house, so it's like got games room, hot tub,

at least massive dining room, and I did all of that work myself, which absolutely killed me

over the last year, and then now we're finishing off the bungalow to add on another two rooms

onto the whole site so that we could have like big parties of like up to 18 people, that kind of thing.

And really just really enjoyed just actually getting the investors on board, building out the

projects and then running them self-delivery and self-managing the properties ourselves and stuff.

How long have the property been live for now? So we've we launched in August of last year,

so we've pretty much had our first kind of four, four, five months. So you've just had your first

kind of slow season, because Whitby is obviously going to go from obviously very touristy, so

how did you find it? Have you found it? You've been able to get people in, even though it's

technically the slow season, the shoulder season, as we call it? Yeah, I mean, we started off really
