Today on Stick to Football, we continue our NFL previews with the

NFC South taking a look at Tom Brady's division but first gentleman

The news starts right here, gentlemen, with Earl Thomas,

and you saw it last week, actually,

after we recorded the Friday morning show, you saw this start to trickle on Twitter of reports

that Earl was showing up late to meetings. He wasn't being very engaged even on

the practice field. He went to his Instagram and posted a video

of what looked like before he got deleted,

a mental error on his part.

But this leads guys to frustrations boiling over fellow safety Chuck Clark who just got a nice

contract this off season. Well Chuck Clark and Earl Thomas have a fist fight on the practice field. This leads to the raven sending Earl home from practice and then releasing him.

They're calling it conduct detrimental to the team. That is important to note because he's due 10 million dollars this year and a

player who three years ago I think we would have said that's the best safety in football

since leaving Seattle since let me back since hurt in Seattle, where he flips off the

fans or the bench or whatever it was, it's kind of been a downward spiral a little bit.

Melo, this is one of your favorite all-time college players at least.

All-time, yeah, just you can leave it right there. I love Earl Thomas. I love the way that he plays the position.

I think that at a time you would have said that he was the best safety in football and I think that even up

till recently but with all the reports that are coming out of Baltimore it's tough

because you don't want to lose a star in your secondary like this but this might be a situation where this team is actually better, even though Earl Thomas is still a very talented safety.

With the being late for meetings, blowing coverage, even if it's in practice.
