This is our third division.

If you missed the previous two, we started with the AFC North.

We also did the NFC South.

Obviously, tons to talk about with the NFC East.

Got a couple teams with, you know,

playoff and Super Bowl aspirations,

a couple teams in interesting transition periods

with Washington and the Giants.

We dug into all of that with Derek.

Join me now. It's my co-hosts here at the athletic football show. It's Derek Klaus and Derek. How are you doing, man? I'm doing great. You know, we're recording a little bit later in the day than usual, but I feel like that's good prep for our Sunday night show. You know, we got to creep a little bit closer and get used to, you know, we got to get our reps into. It's a preseason for everybody. I was at Lions Camp like two weeks ago, and they were practicing at 6 p.m. for no reason, just to mix it up a little bit, just because it was a little bit of something different. And I think that was at Brown's camp one day when they were practicing at like 4.30 Eastern. And it was truly just so they got used to playing football at 430 Eastern for when they play afternoon games. So us doing a little bit of that in the preseason, it does the same job. We're trying to accomplish the same thing. We can pretend we're just like them for a little bit. That's right. That's right. We're doing the NFC East today. And the NFC East is obviously, I mean, it's a marquee division. You have some of the most talked about teams in the league, some of the most argued about teams in the league. I'm sure it would be a ton to dig into here. We're going to start with the Dallas Cowboys. For all of these, if you guys have not listened to the other division preview shows, we've been doing the offseason for each of these teams in 60 seconds. So let's hit that with the Dallas Cowboys. Lost Dan Quinn to Washington to be their head

coach, hired Mike Zimmer to replace him as the defensive coordinator. They have not, as of this

recording, extended Dak Prescott or CD Lamb, both of whom are entering the final years of their

deals. They signed Eric Kendrrix, Ezekiel Elliott, and

Linval Joseph about two hours ago in free agency this offseason, brought back Jordan Lewis as

well. They recently traded for Jordan Phillips, signed Carl Lawson, and traded for Andrew Booth

of the Vikings. They lost Tony Powell, Doran's Armstrong, Tyron Smith, Tyler Biotish,

Stefan Gilmore,
