RJ I turned 30 in less than a week and I'm already feeling it. I'm an old man and I'm tired because I was up late last night watching Monday night football.

I went to overtime, obviously Carson Wentz, you know, a guy you might be familiar with was playing in that game and then talked about it on the espionations NFL show last night late with Rob's dad's career.

So a little cheap plug from the beginning for you to listen to the national show and addition to this show at the NFC East.

I do want to ask a question or a kind of ponder something with you when we get there. We go in order of division standings here on the NFC's mixtape so the Eagles are third in line.

But I forgive me because I forgot the exact date of your birthday like there's so many birthdays that are clogged together. It's the 18th right.

Yep, you got it.

Mine is the 20th. So next week is the like full on, you know, NFC's mixtape birthday show and we normally record on Tuesdays, which is what we're doing right now.

So we will literally record in the sandwich the meat of our birthdays. Pretty cool, you know, little stuff there.

What is your favorite sandwich?

Oh, that is a great question. If I'm making it myself, I'm not saying this is the best sandwich, but just like, you know, things that are around peanut butter and banana.

I can slap that together really quick. If I'm feeling really fancy, I'll toast it and kind of, you know, let all that that magic happen.

But if I'm going somewhere, I mean a good roast beef sandwich. I like the New Yorker from the callisters. I like I'm a pretty versatile guy in the world of sandwiches. What about you?

That's so interesting that you would go with sweet over savory not not an invalid answer. I just so interesting that you chose that path incorrectly as you often do.

My mind went to one thing and it's not necessarily like my butter and butter.

Nope. I went something more savory and it's not like necessarily what I want all the time, but like you know what's a really good sandwich.

And I guess it's just in my mind right now is a Cuban sandwich. I mean, Cuban sandwich is a great combination of different things that I like and I can really go for a Cuban sandwich right now.
