It's interesting actually because you speak to some Brazilians and he's certainly not welcome back with open arms, but that's another story.

Sid, considering the Namar that you saw when he was at is very best at Barcelona. Are you surprised that his

career is ending in this way? Well, I mean, first of all, let me say, I hope that this isn't

the end of his career, that this gives him the chance maybe to keep playing for a little bit longer,

to prolong that, to get to the next World Cup and perhaps play a key part at that World Cup,

because as you say,

having watched him at Barcelona, that front three was genuinely astonishing. And he was a really,

really wonderful footballer. But it's true, there's been lots of moments in his career where there's

been doubts about his commitment. He's been desperately unlucky with injuries. There's been

moments where it feels like he's taken poor choices. Going to PSG, I think, was a very bad decision.

It certainly seen from a Spanish perspective,

it feels like that was the moment where maybe he could have taken the next step.
