through today's message. All right, are you all ready for the word today? Thank you

three people who are ready. I'll preach to you. The rest of y'all just in here. No, we have been in a

series called damage but not destroyed. Everybody say damage but not destroyed. And we

made a shift the last two weeks to talking about we are going to end in triumph.

Somebody say end in triumph.

We have made an intentional adjustment that we're not just focusing on the trauma that we've experienced,

but we're shifting into experiencing triumph.

That we're not just going to focus on what went wrong, and this can be so easy to happen. In today's time and

culture people can get focused on their trauma and in a beautiful heart

we're talking about the importance of counseling and having a therapist and

talking about what you went through but if you're not careful

you will get stuck in old stories and that become your narrative.

You will get stuck in who wasn't there for you and what you didn't have and how it didn't go your way and all those things are true, but if you're not careful and intentional, you will get stuck in a lens of trauma.

So now anybody who reminds you kind of that one person

that didn't call you back now everybody don't like you. Nobody see nobody

likes me. Everybody talks about me.

And I just, sometimes we be in meeting,

sometimes at church this happens all the time.

We'll be like, you know, people are just saying,
