as confident as I was a few days ago that it was going to be an acquittal. I still am hopeful and

still think it is likely. But the longer this jury stays out the more I start to question whether

they have. I mean, this is an obvious case. It's as a self defense matter. It couldn't be more

straightforward as a legal matter. He didn't do anything wrong. But the jury is terrified. There are
