Magic Johnson an ex-NBA executive of the year in Bob Myers, an ex-G. M. and Rick Spielberg and a couple of the

minority owners that are going to assist Josh Harris and finding the new

director of football ops and a head coach. So that's going to be the next couple of weeks.

Look, we're in the off season. there's a lot of stuff happening from the

head coach to the GM to what they're going to do in the draft and they've got the number

two pick in the draft I like the idea of like a super team of guys trying to figure out the next step instead of it just being the owner or the owner in one of his cronies like it would be with Dan Snyder under the old regime I think this process is

going to be better it's going to be more professional it's going to attract better

candidates same thing seems like the right Yeah, I mean the names are

undeniable.

They're impressive.

They are. They have impressive credentials and resumes.

Now the thing is if they're going to hire a coach

from one of these playoff teams, I think we we're in for we're going to have to just

settle down I think we're going to be in for the long haul here right that's okay I mean

be methodical with it you don't you don't need I don't think anything's

going to happen overnight no I think it's gonna take a while gonna take a while yeah

but you can only and I don't know what the rules are of hiring or interviewing

there's a whole bunch of rules.
