In July of 2018, 20-year-old Molly Tibbitts went for a run and vanished.

Everybody was just baffled about what could have happened to this girl.

The search captured national attention, but as the cameras rolled and politicians took the

mic, Molly's story stopped being hers.

What began as a missing person's case quickly became something else, twisted, weaponized,

and reshaped into someone else's narrative.

There has been a massive investigation underway in this tiny, tiny town.

And you saw what happened to that incredible, beautiful young woman.

Should have never happened.

There were death threats, people threatening to burn down our buildings.

This is about as unsubtle as it gets.

They're gleeful over this situation.
