Greg, I got to start with you first.

I feel like we've done these shows a lot over the last couple years,

sort of digging into the next level arena deeper than normal, not just wins and losses or whatever.

But now we're talking about the Smith Center and it's really getting a heated debate.

Let's say the debate is heating up.

We won't say heated yet.

But something's got to be done.

I remember 40 years ago almost going to walking through Carmichael, seeing Dean Smith

and Michael Jordan getting their autographs on the way to the Duke Carolina football game

because the UCLA game was that weekend and it was supposed to open the new Smith Center.

But it was delayed and so Duke and Carolina ultimately opened it in January.

It's been almost 40 years, Greg.

It's time.

It's time to do something different.
