We're going to be talking about the next generation of robots.

And let me tell you, it is getting very sci-fi up in here. And we've got, of course,

morons in the news. And with the hurricane last week and all the travel we did and the Olympics,

we never got around to talking about something that, you know, it kind of hit me like a gut punch and made me really sad.

And that is what's happened to Stephen Tyler's voice and Aerosmith is having to retire from recording.

So last year, Stephen Tyler had an injury to his vocal cords and they had been working on it, trying to get his voice back, trying to heal the vocal cord injury.

But his medical team said, it's just not possible.

It happened.

The injury happened last September during a show, and the vocal cord injury caused bleeding and pain, and they postponed some shows and thought, well, we'll be able to come back.

And they were at the beginning of their farewell tour.

And they had like 40 or more show dates scheduled.

And, you know, this is a band that's been together for a long time.

And you don't have to be the biggest fan of Aerosmith to recognize that they have made some

absolutely great music.
