Hey guys, Spaners here. We have a lovely little midweek drop in for you today. We've got a nice panel on to talk about the news of the day and also look forward to this final race weekend in Formula One. And it's a good crew. It's part of my Miss Apex young rock stars. We've got tiny Chris Stevens and Jonathan Simone, people who have actual careers in media, not just washed up go-katers.

But we are going to be talking about just how long the season is.

The changes at Zandvort, there's loads of driver changes and final races.

So it's a good chance to look back at some of those careers.

There's a big beef brewing up in Formula One.

And I'm excited because they've all been getting along far too well in this era of F1.

And all the other news and stuff that our patrons reckon.

And here is Tiny Chris Stevens.

You're not tiny anymore because you've been with us for eight years.

Yeah, about that.

All right.

Seem happy about it.

Well, I'm tinier than I was this time last year because I've, you know, shrunken down a little bit in sort of width proportions. But, yeah, not so tiny.

Doorways aren't as challenging for you these days. And we've also joined by Jonathan Simone, TV man, Jono Simone. How's it going, Jono?

I'm exactly the same as last year. so there's nothing really to add on that front, which is, I don't know, that's a good thing. Do you actually

gain weight the older you get spanner? Is that a myth or is it work that gets you to gain weight?

I think it's like kids and depression. I think people say your I think people, people say your metabolism slows down

and to some extent it will be, but I think people generally just become less active and it's

harder to stay motivated. And if you look at the likes of Kevin Magnuson, who is probably doing

his last race in Formula One in Abu Dhabi,

you do have to wonder, like, is he just at that natural point now?

So he's at that natural age, he's got kids at home,
