Pam Bondi has announced that the Department of Justice will be sending poll monitors to five counties in the state of California and one county in New Jersey.

New Jersey has a very competitive governor's race coming up in November, and California, as we know, is trying to pass Prop 50.

The special election that would allow it to gerrymander five seats in order to

counter the seats that Texas gerrymandered in favor of the Republicans.

Well, California is pushing back. Governor Newsom, the Attorney General Rob Bonta, and the

Secretary of State Shirley Weber, all saying they plan on having their own state

monitors in those same locations watching over the federal ones. Take a listen at what

Governor Newsom had to say. So today the Trump administration announced they're sending election

monitors to five specific counties here in the state of

California. They have no business doing that. They have no basis to do that. In fact, we have a

statewide election for a statewide constitution. This is about voter intimidation. This is about

voter suppression, period, full stop. And it's a pattern, isn't it? It's consistent with what they've done with the federalization of the National Guard

and the intimidation and the chill that's created.

They'll do that right around election day as well.

Same thing with ICE and Border Patrol, mass men.
