On today's Saturday news medical issues cause changes on this week's Smackdown,

MJF and Alan Cole just set a new 2023 record baby, two stars just made history at Ring of

Honor death before dishonor, and why Summerslam just got a whole lot bigger.

Hello everyone, I am Garith here from What Culture Wrestling on my own again,

because Phil just doesn't care anymore, he doesn't want to come to work so I'm here,

just carrying the load because that's what I do because I love bringing the news to you so we're

going to jump right on into it. The first story of today is all about Smackdown, I've

Smackdown obviously happened last night, but before Smackdown, there are a few changes,

well pretty late in the day actually, because according to PDV inside his Mike Johnson,

there were a number of things that were supposed to go down on the show that didn't in the end,

and the main reason for that it seems was medical issues, and there's a few other things about that,

but the actual things that were scrapped lay in the day were a match between Zellina Vega and EO

Sky, there's supposed to be a singles match there, and originally before the match just suddenly

got announced on social media, there was going to be an in-ring segment announcing the upcoming

Summerslam triple threat match between Asuka Bianca Belair and Charlotte Flair for the WWE

Women's Championship obviously, that didn't happen, it got put on social media, and then some other

stuff I'll explain what happened obviously later on in the show, but what Mike Johnson is saying

is that there was medical issues, they were cited as the reason for the changes, but another story

that was sent towards him was that perhaps this was a COVID related thing, there could have been a

few positive COVID tests that sprung up, or at least some performers were close to people,

or had direct contact with people who had tested positive for COVID, and that's why they were pulled

and just like left out of the arena, just to make sure there wasn't any spread anything like that,
