There is a new wrestling war, a new AEW versus WC clash of two shows.

And wouldn't you just believe it, by total accident, by total coincidence, it's because

WW have put a show on the same night as an AEW one. Rack row. I know. He was getting fired over that one, eh? Just keeps happening. What a mistake. Just keeps happening. Sean Michaels took to TikTok. There's a sentence I never thought I would say, but he's massive on there now. Oh, what a world. He took to TikTok to confirm this yesterday afternoon that was was doubled down on on last night's NXT.

The first NXT PLE of the airing on CW era will take place on the same night as Forbidden Door.

It's going to be the Great American Bash on June the 28th, as Sean put it.

Great American Bash, June 28th, the CW Network and the NXT in a great partnership together

at a special start time of 7pm.

Now it didn't take long for everybody to join the dots and realise that's going to be going

bang, head to head with Forbidden Door Live on Paperview, a very different delivery method for all-leet

wrestling.

It is worth noting that these two events are also taking place on the same day, slammerversary

for TNA.

But you know, that start time had already been moved to try and claw back some viewers

for T&A, very much as usual, the third wheel on this wrestling bicycle.

But yeah, June 28th, NXT, great American bash.

The difference here is that, obviously, over the last couple of years,

WW have been trying to push these NXT shows against AEW and it hasn't really worked.

The buy rates haven't gone down.
