dealing with, with one of his main properties, ironically enough, about a block

away from the stock market, and just to show you a real life example of what is happening

right now in the real world with real estate we sit there and we look at all these banks that are failing or

struggling and we hear in the news that there's this problem with commercial real

estate like oh yeah yeah yeah whatever whatever that's old news. But when you actually look at the numbers in a real life example,

I think it sinks into a greater degree as to how big of a problem this actually is and how long it's going to last.

Right now we are not in inning nine of the commercial real estate bust.
