article I think yesterday or so and bottom line here guys these exotic loans these exact

homeowners are coming back because people are so desperate to sell their

house so look what's going on here. This is from Bloomberg. The title is Zillow offers

1% down payment. A 1% down payment to lure struggling homebuyers.

That reminds me exactly of the scene

in the big short where the guys were going to figure out what was going on in the housing market and then those two younger guys a lot like myself were bragging about giving home loans to immigrants and

homeless people just because that would be more good workers.

They were just bragging about their criminality.

Yeah, yeah, I remember that.

So I don't know if I'd put Zillow in their category,

but it looks like Zillow, you know, they got into the business of trying to flip homes and this is when

And tries to pitch open door and I was going to revolutionize the housing market and at that you know up into that point I didn't really have an opinion on Chameth

but after that I'm like,

dude, this guy's a grifter.

I mean, this is nonsense.

I know the real estate business well,

and I know that there's no way an online company is going to disrupt that. It's just not going to happen.
